Welcome to TimeBits These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of (the “App“).Creative Bits LLC(“The Owner“, “App Owner“, “Company“, “we“, “us“, “our“) owns and related licenses
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
a. Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
b. No Personal Data Collection: TimeBits does not collect any personal data from its users. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide.
a. License: Subject to these Terms, TimeBits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes.
b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality or otherwise break any laws.
c. Account Registration: To use TimeBits you need to register for a Monday.com account. We do not store information that you provide during your account registration outside of Monday.com. We may access this information for some app functions within the Monday.com environment.
a. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
b. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
c. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
d. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.
a. No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. The owner disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
a. No Liability: App Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
a. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
a. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed per the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
