Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of custom solutions on the Monday.com platform to optimize project management workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize APIs to integrate monday.com with other software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the full-stack development process, ensuring seamless data flow and user experiences.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members on best practices and advanced features of monday.com.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing necessary improvements.
Stay updated on the latest trends and features on monday.com and recommend enhancements to harness their full potential

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a monday.com Developer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the platform.
Proficient in API integration and full-stack development.
Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with databases is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Strong collaborative spirit with superb communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project management methodologies.
A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
